The ICT Backup Series combines backup batteries, power supply, and enclosure, all pre-assembled into an integrated compact solution. The power supply provides DC power to the radio while charging the internal battery, then if AC fails it will automatically and seamlessly transfer the load to the battery for up to 8 hours (depending on radio model and current draw). Features: • Easy to install. Just connect your radio inputs and plug it in to the wall • Zero transfer time when AC fails • Provides several hours of backup run-time depending on your radio model and usage • Comes with protective 20A user-accessible battery fuse • Power supply is CSA and FCC Class B approved
