Ruckus ICX8100-C08PF-X ICX 8100 Switch, 8x 10/100/1000 ports, 2 x 10G SFP uplink-ports, advanced layer 2, 124W PoE budget The RUCKUS ICX 8100-C08PF-X delivers 8 10/100/1000 Mbps PoE+ ports with a 124 W PoE budget, giving you the power headroom needed for phones, cameras, and wireless access points without adding a separate injector layer. Two 10G SFP uplinks provide the bandwidth needed to aggregate traffic cleanly into the core or distribution layer, reducing bottlenecks as endpoints and applications grow. Its compact footprint makes it a practical choice for space-constrained closets, retail back rooms, and distributed branch sites where rack space is limited but uptime expectations are not. For teams standardizing on RUCKUS access infrastructure, this model offers a disciplined balance of port count, PoE capacity, and uplink speed. It is designed for deployments that need more than a basic unmanaged switch, but do not require the cost and complexity of oversized campus hardware. The result is a switch that fits the job precisely and supports the network where it matters most: at the edge.
